TECHNICAL TRAINING
Tegal offers its customers a variety of training programs on its current product line. These courses are designed to ensure that you and your staff gain the maximum knowledge required to assist in the upkeep and productivity of your manufacturing line assuring minimum MTTR. Tegal trainers have over 25 years of industry technology experience.
Tegal offers training classes on all its current products for Plasma Etch, PVD & NLD technologies.
The Tegal training courses are designed to provide technical personnel with the required skill set for:
- System operation
- System programming
- System maintenance
- Trouble shooting to the FRU level
Tegal training can be accommodated at both customer off-site and customer on-site. Courses include training material and are conducted using instructor led lecture and performance based equipment training methodology.
