TEGAL CORPORATION ANNOUNCES SCHEDULE FOR SECOND QUARTER FISCAL YEAR 2009 FINANCIAL CONFERENCE CALL



 

Petaluma, Calif., October 30, 2008 – On Thursday, November 13, 2008, Tegal Corporation (Nasdaq:TGAL), a leading designer and manufacturer of plasma etch and deposition systems used in the production of integrated circuits and nanotechnology devices, will report its financial results for the second quarter of fiscal year 2009, which ended on September 30, 2008. The Company will host a conference call, which is open to all interested investors, following the issuance of its financial news release.
